Following a recent discussion with the HSE (Health and Safety
Executive) we would like to bring both your attention to a Health
and Safety Scam that is doing the rounds.
An organisation calling itself HSEA in Rochdale Lancs, is
sending out letters saying that from their records the recipient
has not registered their compliance with the HSE, and asking
them to make a payment to register. This is a very clever scam,
but is according to the HSE an 'illegal scheme'.
Please pass this onto your employees and urge them to contact
the HSE on 08701 545500 if they receive this letter.
