Start ups doing well
A new survey by couriers DHL Express has revealed that many start ups are performing well in the face of economic uncertainty. 77% of new firms contacted by DHL had made a profit in their first year, and a further 20% expect to be in profit by the end of 2005. Firms attributed their success to careful planning, thorough market research and strong financial backing.
